The Mosquito Bites

Within a single night, he has 5 mosquito bites: 3 are found on his little arms, and 2 on his forehead =(

Poor Baby Elliot.. We have tried to spray mosquito insecticides in the room, but no use, he still gotten 5 mosquito bites on him within 1 night.

Any idea how can we solve this problem? Or suggestions to minimise the possibilities of Elliot having the mosquito bites again?

Mommy with the Mask

This is me when I had fallen sick for the past 2 days.

Ugly and uncomfortable.

However, for Elliot's Safety, I have to wear a mask, to minimise the possibility of spreading the "flu bugs" to him.

Lucky I have my hubby to help me take care of Elliot while am sick, thus other then nursing him, I'll try to stay away till I get better.

The funny part is: Little Elliot has thought that his mommy is playing "Pee-Ka-Poo" with him, and has stretched out his little hand many times to try to take the mask off my face.

Precious Memories

It has been a while since I have last uploaded videos and photographs of Baby Elliot. I am always so busy with work, and have been exhausted when I reached home. I still have to feed and pat Baby Elliot to sleep before I can rest. 24 hours a day is simply not enough, and has hope that I can do more for Baby Elliot, my husband and myself. However, I have always been too tired and fallen asleep on bed before I can do anything meaningful. Hence I hope, by keeping this blog, is the minimum I can do, to serve as preious moments and memories for my preious Elliot, when he grows up next time. Of course, not forgetting my husband and I.

Mommy and Daddy's Love!

Elliot Down with Fever

Elliot has been down on fever since yesterday after the injection. Poor
Elliot :( Feel so heart pain to see him cry, as if he is in pain somewhere and the worse thing is we do not know the pain come from where...

"Sayang, Sayang.." I can only hug and sing to him to calm him down.
Each time he cries, my heart seems to be fallen apart. Sometimes I feel frustrated about myself being so useless and not being able to take the pain away from him. I rather I am the one in pain or in discomfort then to see him cry.

He has lost his appetite too.. worry that he has not enough fluid in his body, we have tried to feed him with some water, but really just a few small baby spoon, and that is all he is willing to drink.

Fortunately, I have a very good husband who has volunteered to share the duties to take care of Elliot while each of us can have some rest here and there, by taking turns to feed baby and to change diaper. Else I really can't imagine carrying a 7.1kg baby 24 hours :p

The Taste - 4th Injection

Looking at the time now: 1am, so should be yesterday then, that Elliot has his 4th injection since after birth (2nd dose of the 5 in 1 injection).

For the past 2 times, he has been good boy, only cry a little while (less than a minute) and he has stopped. Yesterday, he has cried for less than 10 seconds, then stopped and even fallen to sleep in my arms. He has become braver each time after the injection. I have felt so blessed to see Elliot growing well, and brave each time. Thank you God for giving me such a good child =)

I love to see him sleeping peacefully in my arms.

Though he has slight fever, and cry a few times for attention, he is a good boy afterall. Didn't really throw his temper despite of his unwellness, nor did he scream. Thank you Elliot, for being Mommy's and Daddy's good boy.
