~ Elliot's Birthday Soon ~

Yeah! It will be Elliot's Big 1 year old birthday in 1 month 8 days time :)

Recalling the day that he was born, on 22 August 2008 (Friday), he was still a small little one, and has already stolen my heart from the instant I saw his cute little face.

Now looking at him again, he has indeed grown a fair bit, to become the clever, funny, cute little "naughty" boy.

Each time we go home, we will be updated by MIL on new development on Elliot. Like for today, MIL has mentioned that he is able to show us with hand placed on his chest indicating that he is scared (so cute, no?). We are delighted each time to discover on new stuff that he has learnt.

Each time, we have to wait till he is asleep already, then can do our stuff like reading, movies (VCDs), internet blogging, etc, in the dark room (as Elliot has been trained to sleep in a dark environment, so no lights is allowed to be on in the bed room). Such time has really flies. So many sleepless nights, dark cirles and limited time to do our stuff; it has seems all worth it =) Looking at Elliot's cute little face, the things which he has done to show us (i.e. showing "1" with his index finger pointing out, greeting us with his cheerful smile on his face when we reached home, etc has really warmed our hearts)

When I browse the web, then I realise that Elliot has the same Birth Date as Deng Xiaoping (Chinese Revolutionary and Government Leader in China) - 22 August.

Looking at his 1 year old Birthday soon, not sure what he will choose to become in the future ;P May not be as famous as the China Leader, Deng, but at least hope that he can be a good person, who cares about people and kind at heart, and most importantly, be happy always no matter what he does :)

I simply just can't get enough of his smiles =)

BB Modeling?

Is Elliot modeling, posting for my camera shots or simply busy with the mommy's bottle? =)
He has seems to be interested in the bottle so much, that he is licking from the bottle cap to the bottom of the bottle. Saliva drooling everywhere. Haiz.. does the bottle really taste that nice? Perhaps this is part of the growing up process for kids, where they will use their 5 senses - touch, see, hear, feel and taste to learn about the matters and new things surrounding them.

Elliot seems to have interest in mommy's watch as well; and this time round his sight is on the watch and nothing else, not to say to look at the camera :p But in our eyes, he is always our 'super model' ;)

Elliot Learning to Walk

Elliot is learning to walk by the bed frame at 8+ months' old. He is able to stand easily up and down without support. When we put him at bed, he will stand up immediately, pop his head above the bed frame and see where we are.

Active Elliot Learning to Stand with the help of the Bed Frame. Oops.. he has just fallen again onto the bed. Don't Give Up Elliot! Keep trying, and I believe you will be able to stand without the bed frame as support in no time ;)

4Months VS 8Months Old Elliot

Looking through the camera photographs of Elliot, has found that his 4 months old photographs. We have a compare of the photographs when Elliot was 4 months old and when he is 8 months old. Do you feel there is any different? He has just fallen sick twice last month and has lost about 0.7kg, photographs when he is 8 months old seems to be able to see the differences in the weight loss. Poor Elliot..
